Coincided with the Double Ninth Festival, we have invited village representatives from Mui Tsz Lam, Kuk Po, and Kat O to discuss Hakka culinary customs and family memories during the festivals. By sharing stories and tasting traditional festival foods, the participants will be encouraged to discover the everyday flavors of Hakka cuisine and its symbolic significance as a festive ritual. We hope this forum will foster a deeper understanding of the evolution of traditional Hakka cuisine and festive rituals in the Sha Tau Kok area, encouraging greater public participation in the conservation and development of the Sha Tau Kok Hakka village.
