In a rapidly digitizing world, older adults are not only active participants in society but also influential consumers with substantial purchasing power, particularly in urban markets. For instance, in 2018, the economic output of Americans aged 50 and older reached $8.3 trillion, positioning this demographic, if considered independently, as the third-largest economy in the world (Chavet, 2021). Recognizing this, there is an urgent need for a more dynamic and practical framework that captures not only traditional dimensions such as health and social engagement but also emerging factors like digital inclusivity, equitable access to services, and the economic potential of aging populations at the local level.
